1. Scope of Services
• Blowing Off Steam provides kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning, residential exterior washing, and commercial exterior washing services. Our website serves as an informational platform to help customers learn about our offerings and schedule appointments. No products or services are sold directly through the website.
2. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Blowing Off Steam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any cleaning service at our discretion.
- Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee added to the final invoice.
- If Blowing Off Steam arrives at a kitchen hood cleaning job and is unable to gain entry due to customer oversight, a travel and inconvenience fee may apply.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice to the customer.
- By accepting an estimate or invoice, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this document.
- Payment of full amount listed on invoice is due at time of completion unless otherwise discussed.
4. Water Supply
- Customers must provide access to a water source at the job site. Blowing Off Steam does not supply water for services.
5. Service Limitations and Timelines
- While Blowing Off Steam strives to complete all services in a timely manner, the customer acknowledges that the duration of services may vary depending on the scope of the job.
6. Damage and Complaints
- Blowing Off Steam is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to property prior to our crew’s arrival.
- If property damage or contamination occurs during service, Blowing Off Steam will take corrective action as necessary.
- In the event of a complaint regarding services provided, Blowing Off Steam will make every effort to address and resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Blowing Off Steam shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
8. Prohibited Use Customers shall not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Misrepresenting the scope of work required.
- Providing false information to secure services.
9. Modifications to Terms
• Blowing Off Steam reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon documentation. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
• These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of West Virginia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harrison, WV.
11. Acceptance of Terms
• By accepting an estimate or invoice from Blowing Off Steam, customers agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.
